At this meeting we interviewed a General Food Manager of Hotels, using a computer program called Skype. Skype allowed us to hear and see her from a long distance away while we asked her questions we came up with at earlier meetings. She works at Marriott and Hilton hotels and she got her certification as a food service manager from Chicago. By interviewing her we came up with some problems and solutions about food safety, which we need for our presentation.
